Liquid water heats up and cools down slowly. What causes this property? Water expands when it freezes. Water is a good solvent. Water forms hydrogen bonds. Water is a nonpolar molecule.
I believe A) water expands when it freezes
no it is not correct one
it is one which i chose before
but thanks so much for helping :)

hi @apoorvk :) thanks for coming
Hi Faman, (greetings for later, business right now :P) So which one according to you? You've already eliminated choice A.
ok lol
4th is also wrong right?
C ?
I confused between second and third one
Thank you so much for coming to help @phi!
@Luis_Rivera what do you say about this?
this goes into details http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/thermo/inteng.html#c4 But the idea is heat is a measure of how much the molecules are moving and jiggling around. If the molecules have bonds between them this affects how much energy you have to add to get them to jiggle faster.
The hydrogen bonds increase the specific heat of water as compared to a simple molecule.
So its C ?
yes it is C
thank you so much @phi! :)
thank you everyone for coming here and helping me! :) you all are just truly fantabulous.
