Product of -2 and sum of 15
I have to solve the equation 0 = 2x^2 − 3x + 0.5 using the formula
(H)t = -16^2 + vt + s
I've multiplied out the decimals, divided by the GCF, and now I am trying to factor by grouping, but I'm not sure that I've done it all correctly. I've worked myself to a place that I need the product of -2 and a sum of 15.

multiply the first equation by 2 and start with 
$$4x^2-6x+1=0$$

it doesn't factor using integers, so you will have to use the quadratic formula to solve it

Okay, I see what I've done wrong already. I multiplied by 10 instead of 2. Thank you.
