Well i was doing this sample exercise and i had to find the Natural domain,So i need some help
f(x)=1/x-3 Here x will not be 3 So the range would be R-{-3} or i can also write this as (-infinity,3) U (3,infinity)
@hartnn
thats real domain and is correct. what is natural domain ?
domain of natural numbers ?
also,* R-{3}
yeah thats correct
Um,So the thing i am actually finding is the Real domain :/
i just looked up wiki, what you found is natural domain only :) so its correct.
he natural domain of a formula is the set of values for which it is defined, typically within the reals but sometimes among the integers or complex numbers. For instance the natural domain of square root is the non-negative reals when considered as a real number function. When considering a natural domain the set of possible values of the function is typically called its range
Oh ok thanks :D :D :D
welcome ^_^
