Under the Constitution, the executive, legislative, and judicial branches share power and responsibility give authority to the president must answer to the president divide powers of the states (this one I think its A) just to make sure :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nope not A The President cannot decide how the law is interpreted...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Neither can Congress, only the supreme court can do that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no, thats not A... A is: "share power and responsibility"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Right, and does the Supreme Court share it's power to interpret laws with either of the other branches?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really.... I get u now...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but D doesn't look like it would be the right answer...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, why does it not look good for you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because its talking about the states,... and the branches are federals.. and when they were made were suppose to check and balance each other...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats why i believed it was A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah, I didn't see that S on the end of states. If it said divide the power of the state it would mean something totally different. Your right, the best answer here is A.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yah I get you... thxs :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have a bad habit of reading too fast. Sorry about that :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no worries... it happens to all of us... lol :)
