How do you know the number of faces/edges/vertices when only 2 of the 3 are given to you?

pooja195 (pooja195):

I don't have an image in front of me, only the measures. Yet I'm not very familiar with the Euler's formula. :/

pooja195 (pooja195):

post wat u deleted back leemmmee see it

Solid 1 Faces: 8 Vertices: x Edges: 15 Solid 2 Faces: y Vertices: 16 Edges: 24

pooja195 (pooja195):

since u have 8 faces there has to be 8 vertices

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the faces & the vertices are always the same?

pooja195 (pooja195):

well not always for yr secound one im not sure but im thinking 8 because if u dived 16 by 2 u get 8
