well, it either exists or it does not exist ...
define the line that has a slope (gradient) of 6/7 and pass thru the point -1,9 using the point slope format of a line. then determine the intersection point of the other 2 lines and see if it fits in the equation
is abc conditions for a single solution? or are they different scenarios?
if different scenarios, then they are pretty much asking you to define a line using 3 different methods to test your comprehension of the material
