OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so B is out then. @aajugdar @AriPotta @dmezzullo Please help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

let me see hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok Haleyy, you need to plug (4, 0) for x and y and what is greater than 8 for be i got -16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay then what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Keep going for each one, use a calculator it helps a lot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have 2 lines its easy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dont give her the answer D:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

She needs to work it out, not be given the answer D:::::

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well wait? i will explain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Please do, I am doing this soon and need some help also.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1363795640379:dw| now see here thats the line for -2x+y=4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now the region below it is shaded and its a dark line

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I get it now :D But real fast, how do you get 8? do you need to plug in any coords for x and y?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wait remember now when its in "y less than" format you shade the region below it so in the equation -2x+y=4 put y= 4+2x and add inequality of less than so y<=4+2x |dw:1363796001999:dw| this reqion will be shaded
