Why did Hitler launch Operation Barbarossa? to invade France following his annexation of the Sudetenland in 1939 to gain control of the rich resources that were under the control of the USSR to counter the approaching American army after their victory at the Battle of the Bulge to secure control over Western Europe before attempting to secure control over Eastern Europe
It wasn't to invade France -- he finished that a year before Barbarossa in 1940. It also wasn't to counter the American army in the Battle of the Bulge which occurred towards the end of the war in December 1944 - January 1945. It also wasn't to secure Western Europe. By the time Barbarossa launched, he pretty much had it all in the bag. So the only answer that makes any sense is that it was to take control of the rich resources of the USSR as well as to push Hitler's agenda of Lebensraum in the East.
B is the correct answer to gain control of the rich resources that were under the control of the USSR
