remove the hydrogens attached to highly electronegative species that can highly polarize H's
The nitrogens on the pyrrol and pyridine are the main source(s) of hydroge bonding. Since nitrogen is strongly electronegative, the hydrogen atoms bonded to nitrogen in one nicotine molecule can hydrogen bond to another atom in another in another molecule. So you might want to do something with the nitrogen. Either remove it or add a a larger atom to prevent hydrogen bonding.
