limit as n approaches infinity (-3)^n -------- 3^n *n*sqrtn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Surely this doesn't have a limit as it diverges?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It does actually. It's part of a series.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, sorry, I was looking at (-3)^n by itself. :S

OpenStudy (amistre64):

doesnt (-3)^n = (-1)^n 3^n ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes. I simplified it further to (-1)^n /(n^3/2)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you can absolute it, and compare to n^(-3/2) right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What test is that? Absoluting it that is.
