That's a tough one. I haven't done IR, NMR in a while. I'll try my best to help you out tho. I think the two 3400 peaks means you have a primary amine, while the 3300 suggests a 2ndary amine. The 3130 suggests an alkene. I can't use the drawing tool right now, but I think you have 2 amines on primary (opposite). I'm not sure how to read the 2nd chart, the esims one. What is that?

I think the best way is to discuss this, kind of like they do...idk if they have that at your school, "discussion course" for each of your classes, where a TA gives you problems and you just discuss them amongst a smaller class of like abt 20 students. Since my courses usually all had 200+ students.

1H NMR shoed three peaks mean three different type of protons are there

one H is above 6 mean it is to do with aromatic Proton

but u have only C3 then i t cant be aromatic

thanks for the input guys, il take it into consideration. My class is only about 50 people but this is for a problem set which were technically not allowed to discuss it, so i can't bring it up on the school website lol the ESI-MS is from an electrospray ionization mass spectrometer btw.

Well, im taking a look at the IR again and it looks like those are 2 single peaks, so I think they're 2ndary amines and I think aromatic due to the unsaturation of the formula. I'm going to take a guess at the structure: |dw:1365090552424:dw|

DUDE thats totally it. i reverse looked it up and found an IR from that same molecule. thanks a bunch
