If that is the case, then to what number does [2*π*√(1/32)] approximate? For each of the four problems, you can set that approximation equal to each of the 4 given values of T.

What did you get? I have my approximation ready to reveal. In exact terms that product is the following: pi/[2√2]. But, we're doing approximations.

In the following equation l stands for the length of the string in feet. Convert your 5 string lengths into feet by dividing by 12 (12 inches = 1 foot). Then, substitute each of these values into the given equation and solve for T (time for one period). Use 3.14 for π.
