An arithmetic sequence is a sequence having a common difference between terms.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay, so which one of those has a common difference and fits the equation?

OpenStudy (aravindg):

an Arithmetic progression is just a sequence of numbers generated when you add the same number(called common fifference) to each term to get the next consecutive term. For example 5,10,15,20..etc is an AP with common difference 5 So in your question check which option contains numbers with a constant common difference .That will be the answer.
