Solve Each Inequality. graph the solution set and write the answer in interval notation. I am terrible at math can you please take me through the steps in solving this problem. 8/3(2k+1)> 1/6K + 8/3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

get rid of the annoying fractions first by multiplying both sides by \(6\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can start with \[16(2k+1)>k+16\] if you do that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then multiply out on the left, to get \[32k+16>k+16\] subtract 16 from both sides giving \[32k>k\] then subtract \(k\) from both sides to find \[31k>0\] and divide by \(31\) to finish with \[k>0\]
