log(2)2x+log(2)(6x-1)

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Let me guess.. you're to write this with just one log?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um not sure but at the end i forgot to put =2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does any one no what to do on this?

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

It should have been mentioned in your question. Read it again.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

solve : log(2)2x+log(2)(6x-1)=2 thats all it says

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Well that's much better. First, combine them into one logarithm using this property \[\huge \log_bM + \log_bN = \log_bMN\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im confused can you do it for me bros?

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Yeah, but it would be better if you do it yourself. I'll guide you along as far as I'm able to. So... combine the two logarithms into one. Here's an example log b + log(a+c) = log b(a+c)
