just to be clear it's a star lol

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

you can rotate this star 5 times and it will match up with itself every time so the angle of rotation is 360/5 = 72 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kool

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its yes 72

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

another example: if you had a square, you can rotate that 4 times (until you have fully rotated a full revolution) and the rotated figure will match up with the original figure each of the 4 times so the angle of rotation of a square is 360/40 = 90 degrees ie each 90 degree rotation produces the same original figure...nothing has changed

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

oops meant to say 360/4 = 90 degrees, but you get the idea

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

correct, choice C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks you still want that medal and fan request

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

its fine if you don't want to, as long as I helped, that's all I care about really

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oki thxxx

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

you're welcome
