circfumference implies the length of the perimeter of the full circle for 360 degrees. this is 120 degrees, so 1/3 of the perimeter. which is 42/3 = 14

since we know there is a linear relationship between circumference and arc length we can also look at it as: length perimiter/360 degrees = length AB/120 degrees
