I'm not sure I understand the problem correctly, but the way I understand it, ff the circle picked is yellow, then the probability of getting a red number is zero since there is no red number on a yellow circle.

Consider the fact that there is no yellow circle containing a red number. Thus, if we know the selected circle is yellow, what can we say about the color of number ?

I would say the probability of selecting a red number, given the circle is red is zero myself. I thought it was a trick question or something. Just couldn't be that easy ya know.

It's asking for a integer or a simplified fraction

You means "given the circle is yellow" not red.
