ok i really need help

OpenStudy (madhatter):

If you know the number of kilograms for a weight measurement, you can change that measure to pounds by multiplying the number of kilograms by 2.2. Write a function rule that relates pounds to kilograms. this is all the info i have

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

how many KG in say, 10lbs?

OpenStudy (madhatter):

idk thats y i posted this....lol

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

you can change that measure to pounds by multiplying the number of kilograms by 2.2. <--- so, how many KG are in say 2lbs :)

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

well, or the other way around, how many LB in 2KG, or even in 1KG

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

according to what is given, we know that pounds = 2.2 times kilograms if you replace "pounds" with f(x) and "kilograms" with x, then we get f(x) = 2.2 times x which is just f(x) = 2.2x

OpenStudy (madhatter):

OH lol ic u r a life saver after all hahah

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

you're welcome
