Could someone help me write my thesis? I am doing a presentation over Baking Soda and Baking Power. I don't know how to word my thesis.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how did your hot-air balloon presentation go?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I decide to change my presentation since she said hot air ballooning wouldn't have a lot of Chemistry behind it.

oh well...ideal gas doesn't count as chemistry anymore...sir dalton is turning in his grave.

"ideal gas doesn't count as chemistry anymore" since when?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay...in case i am being misunderstood...my favorite chemistry topic is the ideal gas, and i think dalton's law is really awesome.

sorry for the detour: i thought baking soda and baking powder are both sodium bicarbonate. am i wrong?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the powder seems to have cream of tartar, potassium hydrogen tartrate as an extra ingredient. perhaps you could comment on what the bicarb and tartrate do to the dough when it's heated?
