Spring force (F) is related to "stretch" (x) by use of a "stiffness constant" (k): F = kx 60 = k(0.8) -> k = 60 / 0.8 -> k = 75
that's all?
This makes sense because more force is needed to stretch or compress a spring a greater distance.
I thought there would be more though
