Which is one of the most important differences between prokaryotes and eukaryotes? A. the cytoplasm in Eukaryotes does not contain any organelles but that prokaryotes does B. eukaryotes are much smaller than prokaryotes C.prokaryotes do not have a well defined nucleus, but eukaryotes do

Eukaryotic cytoplasm sure does contain organelles! There's no way (A) is right. Eukaryotes are not necessarily smaller than prokaryotes -- some unicellular protozoa like xenophyophores ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenophyophore ) are *huge*! (B) can't be right either. (C) is the only one that makes sense! Prokaryotes *don't* have a nuclear membrane.
