The diagram shows the contents of a jar of marbles. You select two marbles at random. One marble is drawn and not replaced. Then a second marble is drawn. What is the probability of selecting a red marble and then another red marble?http://assets.openstudy.com/updates/attachments/516ea8c7e4b0b45cfabf9e05-alex_berry-1366206677711-marbles.png

You have 16 marbles in total, which 4 are red so the probability of getting 1 red would be 4/16 and then another red (now you have 3 red left and 15 marbles) therefore 4/16 x 3/15 (multiply and that would be the answer)
