The best thing to do, would be to set all of the equations so that y is on one side. Then it's just a matter of looking at them in y=mx+b form. If you find more than one equation with the same y=mx+b but they have different signs, you need to test points.

Let's take a look at A, we can simplify it to mx+b form. \[4x-3y > -12\] \[-3y > -12-4x\] \[y < 4 + (4/3) x\]

it can also be written \[y < \frac{ 3 }{ 4 } x +4\] notice the sign change when you divide by a negative number.
