How come that when you find sin of any number you use degree mode but, when you find csc of any number you use rad mode?

no one uses degrees unless for some reason you need to "solve" a triangle with degrees
sine and cosine and secant etc are functions of numbers, not angles

Degree mode or radian mode on your calculator does not depend on the function you are finding. It depends on which units  you are using for your angles. For example, (2pi) radians is the same as 360°. If you find the sin of the first in rad and the second in degrees you will get the same answer. The same goes for csc and any other trig function.
