hey guys, kinda confused about this one. Im not sure what he wants. the question is: What is the square of 12/13 + 5/13 i? What does this say about angles?

I think it means the Argument of the Complex Number, which would be tan-1(5/12)

Yes. The argument of a complex number is the angle it makes when a line is joined from that complex number to the origin on the Argand Plane. (A normal graph plane with the real part on the X Axis, and the Imaginary part on the Y axis)
