WELCOME TO OPENSTUDY, THANK YOU FOR JOINING :D Cerebal Palsy (CP) In order for bones to attain their normal shape and size, they require the stresses from normal musculature. Osseous findings will therefore mirror the specific muscular deficits in a given person with CP. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) MS is a chronic disease that damages the nerves in the spinal cord and brain, as well as the optic nerves. Sclerosis means scarring, and people with MS develop multiple areas of scar tissue in response to the nerve damage. It's most common in regions far from the equator, including Scandinavia and other parts of Northern Europe. These areas get less sunlight, so some researchers believe that vitamin D may be involved. Research suggests a possible link between vitamin D deficiency and autoimmune disorders, but studies are ongoing. Genetics appear to play a role as well.

once A nerve supply is cut off neuromuscular junctions degenerate within 45 days.so even if u can cure or cause new neurons to replace damaged neurons they would beineffective unless neuromuscular junction too has to be replaced. neurons must arise denovo to replace damaged neurons.....which usually dont occur in body its replaced by scar tissue even if neurons regenerate and everything is normal anatomically there must occur a learning curve to train the neurons to do their function

of course above bones etc should be repaired
