assuming this is on a number line, you step 1) draw out a number line step 2) draw an open circle at t = 0 step 3) shade to the right of the open circle to finish up the graph

so if it's a 2D graph (on an xy axis), then you would most likely make the x axis t that would mean you shade everything to the right of the y axis (since this represents when t is greater than zero)
