I can write that as : \(2a^2 + 6a + 14 - 4a^2 + 3a -9 \)
Combining like terms : \(2a^2 - 4a^2 + 6a + 3a - 9\)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
open the brackets ... add the like terms ....as u r last sum ....
mathslover (mathslover):

OpenStudy (anonymous):
i think maybe -2a^2 - 5 ?
mathslover (mathslover):
its write that : \(2a^2 - 4a^2 = -2a^2\) .
Now you have : \(-2a^2 + 6a + 3a + 14 - 9 \)
mathslover (mathslover):
What is \(6a+3a\) ?
