They are temperature intervals or spectrum intervals can you say due to that the color change as the temperature change. Our would be a G class that has the temperature range 5000 - 6000 K

Yea just about. 5000-6000 K seems reasonable. O is over 25000 K B 11000 - 25000 K A 7500 - 11000 K F 6000 - 7500 K G 5000 - 6000 K K 3500 - 5000 K M below 3500 K
