My trig is a little fuzzy, but it looks to me like a tangent graph, but with some shift(s) since tan0=0, but your graph doesn't contain the origin. Do you have answer choices to choose from?

The way I would solve this is, take the point x=pi/6. You know this is a root of the graph (the y value is 0 for this) so I would try plugging in pi/6 to all those equations and see which one gives you 0. There may be more than one but this will help narrow it down. I can tell you right off the bat it isn't C, because that equation would be undefined at pi/6.
