Not sure what that attachment is, but if you look at the graph and look at your possible answers you will see, given the slope-intercept form of the equation, that you only have 1 equation that has a negative slope. This means that the line starts off high on the left and lower on the right. Next you can look at the slope (m) of your line, do you rise 4 spaces and run 1 or rise 1 space and run 4? Finally, does your line pass through the origin? If not, you can see that only two equations shift your line to the right by 1 place. If all observations fail to give you an answer, pick one of the points and plug it into each of the equations and see if the 'x' gives you the 'y'.
