[2.05] Choose the equation that could be used to find two consecutive integers whose sum is 69. n + (n + 2) = 69 n + (n + 1) = 69 n − (n + 1) = 69 n + 2n = 69 help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would go with \(n + (n + 1) = 69\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

although i would solve in my head, rather than use an equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha. i reckon you should go on a holiday satellite...have you maxed smartscore?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no it is not smart, it is common sense 35 and 36 is too big, try 34 and 35

OpenStudy (anonymous):

consecutive integers is 1,2 2,3 etc -2,-1...so we would choose n+(n+1)=69 because it is following the same process as our previous example...
