Hey guys care to share some examples of this? Create a sample problem that has a binomial which IS a factor of the polynomial being divided, and another problem that has a binomial which is NOT a factor of the polynomial being divided.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I hope someone helps you man.

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

well is there a polynomial that they give?

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

no you have to give a completely made up numbers and equtaion

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do they want variables and constants or just constants?

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

hmmm hang on... i'll try...

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

variables nad constants

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ill leave it to you @foreverandalways13

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

k...

OpenStudy (amistre64):

Create a sample problem that has a binomial which IS a factor of the polynomial being divided \[\frac{(x-c)(x-k)}{(x-c)}\] and another problem that has a binomial which is NOT a factor of the polynomial being divided. \[\frac{(x-c)(x-k)}{(x-r)}\]

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

oh well that works

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

amistre do I plug in the numbers ?

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

thanks @amistre64

OpenStudy (amistre64):

you can plug in numbers for c,k,r if you want to but its rather moot

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

this amazingly advanced :) and am learning on a highschool lvl so in order for my teacher to understand me and other students I think I might need to plug in numbers

OpenStudy (amistre64):

what are your 3 favorite numbers then :)

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

:) Good luck...

OpenStudy (amistre64):

use like pi, e, and some of those fancy ones :) lol

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

fancy once? I thought I just plug in a positive or a negative number randomly selected

OpenStudy (amistre64):

thatll work too, just make sure its 3 different numbers for c,k,r

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

why aren't u my teacher :(

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

what grade are u in? that's like really advanced stuff:)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

me? i havent had a grade level ever since i got out of high school ....

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

no I mean @i0iz0gangster

OpenStudy (foreverandalways13):

lol

OpenStudy (i0iz0gangster):

lol will am going to 11th but this is 8 grade stuff am re-doing
