How do vesicles move in a cell?

Microtubules are small molecules that have a positive and negative end. These ends of the tubule molecules combine to form long networks of microtubules with a charge at each end of the line. Certain proteins attach vesicles and organelles to these microtubules and a protein called dyenin will pull organelles to the negative end of the microtubules( this end is almost always going toward the center of the cell.) But another protein( a name i forgot) will pull the cell to the positive end of the microtubule. This is how microtubules move organelles and vesicles
