Jordan says that from the information supplied in the diagram, she can conclude that R is on the perpendicular bisector of QS. Robert disagrees. Is either of them correct? Explain your reasoning.

ok not sure how to actually write it out and prove it, but I can show you how you can easily prove that if the side is being divided into two equal halves, the angle does not have to be 90 degrees. Look at this: |dw:1374366825945:dw| and they never specified whether QR = RS, so that does not have to be a bisector.
