how to find the two missing angles when only one angle is given in a triangle?
Are you sure no other information is given..any info on triangle type equilateral, isosceles?
@ankit042 here is the given.. |dw:1374668420107:dw| so hard. :|
This looks like a right angled triangle!
you cant assume by "looks like" :)
@amistre64 Any suggestions how to move forward without assuming?
get a screenshot or some verifiable means of assessing the actual data for the question.
at the moment ... anyones assumptions are equally valid
So confusing..
you need more information. if the angle labeled x has a little square, like this |dw:1374669130809:dw| that means it is 90º and you can figure out the 3rd angle. otherwise, you can't know what the other 2 angles are.... all you know is that all 3 add up to 180... in this case, with one angle =75, the other 2 angles add up to 105º
or, as people of mentioned, if you know 2 sides are equal length, then you can figure out the other angles
isn't there instead of x a dot?
@stupidinmath sorry for the confusion...with the given information if X=90 you can move forward else this is not a valid question.
@stupidinmath doesn't it look like this?: |dw:1374669547027:dw|
