How to find orders of Reaction - Each has 4 rates which I will show after the [] [A] - 0.2, 0.2, 0.2, 0.1 [B] - 0.2, 0.2, 0.1, 0.2 [C] - 0.1, 0.2, 0.1, 0.2 Initial Rate / Rate 1 - 0.16 , Rate 2 - 0.32 , Rate 3 - 0.04, Rate 4 - 0.32

OpenStudy (aaronq):

Look at 2 situations where the concentrations of 2 of the species remain constant, for example: situation 1 & 2, [A] & [B] are constant, therefore the rate is only dependent on [C]. [C] went from 0.1 to 0.2, so it doubled likewise, the rate went from 0.16 to 0.32.. so it doubled \[rate=[C]^{m}\] therefore m=1.
