since the reaction is endothermic (requires heat) as indicated by +H, removing heat will shift it to the left, think of heat as a reactant, by removing one reactant you can shift equilibrium just like by removing product you will continually make the product increasing pressure, by increasing pressure you favor the side with more moles, since the side with more moles is the reactant side the equilibrium will shift to the left also as stated above by removing A2 or 3B2, this will cause a shift in equilibrium to the left
