A group of high school students claimed their First Amendment rights for free speech were violated when their high school principal removed pages from their school newspaper prior to its publication. They sued their school district in a U.S. District Court in Missouri but lost the case. well at first i thought it could either be c or b, but the reason i leaned more towards c is because the u.s court comes before the supreme court.
