yes
Ok well you first have to get x by itself but you have top move the 7 over to the other side, can you do that ?

x/5 = -6 is correct, now multiply both sides of the equation by 5
ok well, you're diving by 5, so tog et rid of the 5 is you have to do the opposite of division: multiplication, so you multiply by 5
\[\Large (\frac{x}{5}=-6) \times 5\]
\[\Large x= -6 \times 5 \]
so...x=-30?
