There is one line equation like this
x/a + y/b = 1 [Line-Intercept equation]
a = x-intercept
b = y-intercept
Put the values in
Get the final Line equation!

another way is to see that you are given two points $(1,0)$ and $(0,-3)$ and do it the usual way
