Yup! Frontal lobe deals with the functions like reasoning and judgment. It is associated with the pre-frontal cortex. And it contains several cortical areas involved in the control of voluntary muscle movement, including those necessary for the production of speech and swallowing Etc....
i definitely agree with thomaster's answer . Though, a plausible, more general answer could be the somatic nervous system.
