Is anyone in Physical Science A and has done the first Virtual Lab unit 1 portfolio? I dont understand how to fill out the line graph..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What part of the graph are you confused about?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just how to fill it out. I dont understand how to put in my info.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Unit 1 as in module one or semester one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What? I dont understand what youre asking

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What exactly is "Unit 1"?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you in connections?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Connections Academy? No, but I'm taking Physical Science.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Each Unit has approximately 10 lessons and they teach different things through out the course.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmm..i don't think I understand..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is what I need to fill out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is the variable parameter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need to get the controlled parameter. One sec.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

controlled parameter:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, I see. You should put the variable parameter on the y-axis and the controlled parameter on the x-axis. Does that make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So I put the temperature or the volume on the y axis?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Which one is the variable parameter?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

both

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and there are two controlled parameter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's really weird...personally, I would put the temperatures on the y-axis and the volume on the x-axis, but I may be wrong. I have no idea, perhaps you should ask your teacher since the directions are not clear.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I already did, she didnt explain it any better.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You probably have to put both the volume and the temperature on the graph, which axis, well, that's up to you since it makes no sense. I would just tell my teacher I still don't understand the directions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok. Thanks anyway.
