Does sweating reduce body temperature in mammals?

Yes. When it gets too hot outside, our body tries to cool us down. You shou;d know that sweat is a mixture of \(\sf \color{red}{urea}\) and \(\sf \color{blue}{H_2O}\). As the water (sweat) evaporates off the skin, the skin cools down thus helping to restore normal temperature, consequently keeping us cool.
