How to learn the reactions in chemistry involved in p-block?

What do you mean "\(\sf \color{purple}{learn}\)" the reactions of p-block elements? They are generally negatively charged.

i mean chemical equations.. like hydrolysis of xenon compounds,reaction with h2so4,etc..oxidation reduction

Well, xenon, as a 6+ oxidizing state, is a pretty strong oxidizing agent. But, these reactions generally don't just "happen" because xenon, as you probably know by now, is inert. Reactions with xenon to form other compounds would generally have to be with appropriate lab conditions, which I don't know of. BUT, you can always appeoximate a reaction using electronegativity and atomic size (of the noble gas). For instance, if Xenon was to react with another highly electronegative element, such as fluoride. If you notice, the high electronegativity of fluorine might cause that positive attraction towards the electrons, causing an electron to be attracted to it and move, leaving Xe succeptible to react with a variety of compoudns or elements. Keep in mind that the compounds formed are not very stable. Also, it might help if you had a table of ionization energy for some of the inert elements. That is also another way to determine a reaction. Also just a NOTE: inorganic chemistry does not have as many reactions as there are in organic chemistry. There is probably only about 2-4 reactions which occur in organic chemistry. And as you may know, from organic, most inorganic compounds serve as catalysts for organic and bioorganic molecules.
