@austinL

OpenStudy (austinl):

Honestly, I have no clue how you would do this. I know the answer... but we're not supposed to just give answers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, it's already graded im just trying to get all of my answers corrected so i can study off of this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6.8 + 6.8 + 6.8 + 6.8 + .... The question is: how many times do we need to add 6.8.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

26?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or 11?

OpenStudy (austinl):

If you just need answers to study off of I have an answer of \(\dfrac{544}{5}\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No. If k started at k=1, you would be correct. k starts at 11..you're on the right track. 26 - 11 + 1 = 16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 16? or the fraction?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6.8 x 16...whatever that is. that's your answer.

OpenStudy (austinl):

\(6.8\times16=\dfrac{544}{5}\)
