3 Urea is made in the liver and is transported in the blood plasma for removal by the kidneys. Which sequence of blood vessels is the shortest correct route for these urea molecules? A hepatic artery → pulmonary artery → aorta → renal artery B hepatic vein → pulmonary artery → pulmonary vein → renal artery C hepatic vein → pulmonary vein → pulmonary artery → renal artery D renal vein → vena cava → aorta → hepatic artery
i guess C looks like a correct option
the answer is B in the answer booklet
but how it is?
oohh ya...i forgot its the other way round for pulmonary. its B
can u explain
ya... from liver urea is given in blood through hepatic vein...these veins combine and then pass the blood to the right atria and then the right ventricle. from this it is taken up by pulmonary artery and given to the lungs were the blood gets oxygenated. this blood is then carried by the pulmonary vein to the left atria then ventricle. then through the aorta it is passed in the body. now the blood with urea would reach renal artery and then through the kidneys would be expelled from the body.
u got it?
got it ty!
