y = x+3 will divide the x-y plane into 2 parts : one part will represent y>x+3 and the other part will represent y<x+3 You can easily check which is which by taking any arbitrary value in any one plane and see which condition it satisfies. So the trick is to find which graph is divided by a line that satisfies y =x+3 and then test a point in one of the parts

If not then simply take a couple of points on each line : check if they satisfy the equation y = x+3 For example in your first attachment I take a point on the line where x =0 and y=3 and I will see if it satisfies the above equation. LHS ->y=3 RHS->x+3=0+3 Then I take another point and I do the same. If two points satisfy the equation, then that line should represent the equation
On the same graph you can take another point where y=0 and x=-3
