OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

Usually most spanish verb end with the following Yo o Tu es El/Ella e Nosotros os Vosotros eis Ellos/Ellas en Maria is a singular feminine subject which me it would similar to "ella" Juan y Tu are plural subjects which mean the verb will end up...? The last one is trying to be tricky;however, venir-to come salir-to go which would will leave you with two choices salen sale but look at how both end and see the rule above... so which one is best for plural?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

still confused.

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

which one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

like evrything you just wrote are those the answers?

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

yes and no, the way i explain it would give you extra help for any other verbs Yo o Tu es El/Ella e Nosotros os Vosotros eis Ellos/Ellas en let's try to conjugate the verb "Traer" So, Maria is a singular and a feminine person right? hmmm, let's look at the "chart" of how usually most verbs end We are looknig for "Ella" since is a woman so, Maria Tra(e) unas sandalias is Trae one of the given choices:)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so question 7 is tienes and question 8 is : salen?

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

ok, lets Try "Juan y Tu" We know there is more than one person, so the verb will be in plural form

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

correct! :)

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

how about Juan y Tu?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tienes

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

"tienes" ends with "es" at the end, look at the chart and tell me what subject ends with "es" at the end? Tip: Remember we are looknig for plural form since there is more than one person

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tiene?

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

that would be god if Juan was alone, but he is with you (tu) So, Juan and you are singular or plural?

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

good*

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

Yo teng (o) Tu tien (es) El/Ella Tien (e) Nosotros tenem (os) Vosotros ten (eis) Ellos/Ellas tien (en)

OpenStudy (artsy_brian):

it's either tenemos or tienen but if you look at the subjects it doesnt say Juan y Yo instead it says Juan y Tu
